These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of nextecsol.com and any services, products, or deliverables provided by NexTecSol ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website or engaging us for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

Services

NexTecSol provides digital product development and technology solutions, including web application development, mobile app development, SaaS platforms, AI and automation solutions, UI/UX design, e-commerce development, SEO services, and custom software development. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each engagement are defined in a separate agreement or statement of work between the parties.

Quotations and Payment Terms

All project quotations are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issuance. Pricing is quoted in United States Dollars (USD) or Pakistani Rupees (PKR) as agreed upon in the engagement contract. Payment terms are net thirty (30) days unless otherwise specified. Late payments are subject to a finance charge of one and one-half percent (1.5%) per month on the outstanding balance. A deposit or milestone-based payment schedule may be required for projects exceeding a certain value, as outlined in the agreement.

Project Scope and Revisions

Each project is scoped according to the agreed-upon requirements, deliverables, and acceptance criteria documented in the statement of work. Changes to the project scope after kickoff may result in additional costs and timeline adjustments, which will be communicated and approved in writing before implementation. We include a defined number of revision rounds per deliverable; additional revisions are billed at our standard hourly rate.

Intellectual Property Ownership

Upon full payment of all invoiced amounts, all intellectual property rights in the deliverables created specifically for the client transfer to the client ("Client owns deliverables after full payment"). Until full payment is received, NexTecSol retains all rights, title, and interest in the deliverables. Pre-existing tools, libraries, frameworks, and third-party components used in the project remain the property of their respective owners. NexTecSol reserves the right to reference the project in our portfolio and case studies unless a confidentiality restriction is agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability

NexTecSol's total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services provided shall be limited to the total fees paid by the client to NexTecSol in connection with the relevant engagement. NexTecSol shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, regardless of the legal theory asserted. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of implied warranties or exclusion of certain damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.

Third-Party Tools

Our services may integrate with or rely on third-party tools and services, including Google Analytics 4 (G-S9EMHCNBZ4), Google Tag Manager (GTM-WTRP6ZFF), Vercel Analytics, and other platforms as needed for the project. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, data practices, or terms of service of any third-party tools. Your use of such tools is subject to the respective third-party terms and policies.
